During her career, she has prioritized the medical and emotional needs of her claimants first to help ensure a good outcome. She works to build a rapport with injured workers, such as a young man who suffered a severed hand. She was diligent in ensuring he was cared for and understood the claims process. He and his family were grateful for her patience and guidance throughout the claim, and today, he has returned to work full duty as a forklift operator.
