Meet Valerie Lombardo

We are pleased to announce the recent hiring of Valerie Lombardo to the position of Sr. Business Process Consultant in our Technology & Operations Team. Valerie has been with Great American for almost 8 years, working with multiple GAI Business Units to improve operations via new technology and will now be a full-time member of the Ocean Marine division reporting to Susan Carr.

Valerie is a graduate of Miami University (Ohio) where she graduated Summa Cum Laude in Systems Analysis (with special interest in Accounting). Valerie’s main priorities will be to assist in our transition to the Insurity Bridge (policy administration) system with particular focus on data analysis and improving efficiencies internally and in collaboration with our Brokers.
