David has been with Great American since 2014 and has progressed from trainee to a very vital part of the California office. His presence and friendly demeanor have made it infinitely easier to work with him. As David continues to tackle on more difficult assignments, his continued search for industry knowledge and can-do attitude shines a bright example for us all. The brokers that work with him have always complimented his customer service skills as well as knowledge of the products. He continually seeks to provide service above and beyond what is expected. This is a well deserved promotion!

Beatriz Jaimes joined the Ocean Marine division in 2016 as a Service Specialist in our Houston Office and was recently promoted to Service Supervisor. In her new role she will oversee the CSR operations in both Schaumburg and Houston to balance and standardize work within Central. Beatriz has been ahead of our IT changes within Ocean Marine and never shies away from a problem or offering a helping hand. I know she will continue to help Central offer the excellent service our agents and insureds expect. Please join me in congratulating Beatriz on this well-deserved promotion!
