Great American Insurance Group’s Alternative Distribution Names Kristen Mielcarek to Divisional Vice President, Operations
CINCINNATI – June 15, 2023 – Great American Insurance Group is pleased to announce Kristen Mielcarek has joined the Alternative Distribution team as Divisional Vice President, Operations. Ms. Mielcarek, who is based in Windsor, Connecticut, will be responsible for leading the team as it grows its digital small commercial business.
Ms. Mielcarek comes to Great American with nearly 20 years of experience in agency operations, small commercial accounts and digital distribution. Most recently, she was responsible for a 100-person team that had oversight for carrier and sub-broker relations, quoting platform development, digital customer experience, sales and service standards, and data analytics.
Ms. Mielcarek earned a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Brockport.
