Great American Insurance Group Announces the Promotion of Todd D. Gambrell to Divisional President, Excess Liability
CINCINNATI – November 18, 2024 – Great American Insurance Group is pleased to announce the promotion of Todd D. Gambrell to Divisional President, Excess Liability, effective January 1, 2025. Mr. Gambrell will succeed John V. Bracca, who will retire in January after more than 30 years of service.
Mr. Gambrell joined Great American Insurance Group in 1994 and, since that time, has held numerous leadership roles throughout the Excess Liability Division, most recently serving as Divisional Senior Vice President.
Mr. Gambrell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management Science from the University of Georgia.

The division offers capacity of up to $20 million for both Lead Umbrella and Excess Liability placements.
