Information For Agents And Brokers Regarding Great American Environmental Division’s “Blueprint” Program For The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Sector
Great American Environmental Division has launched its Contractors Blueprint program, co-designed with AmWINS to suit the specific needs of the contracting sector.
This innovative product fills the potential gaps in protection within traditional commercial or combined packages. Contractors Blueprint uniquely includes coverage for professional, pollution, and employment practices, as well as cyber liability coverage. AmWINS began rolling out the program in April, giving AmWins’ agents streamlined access to the coverage their contractor clients need.
“Blueprint was designed for AmWins’ brokers and agents, with the risk management needs of the contractor client in mind,” said Kirk Davenport, divisional senior vice president and director of the Selective Underwriting Department of Great American’s Environmental Division. “We listened to our broker partners and built what they needed to serve their clients through one consolidated program.”
Using a unique blend of coverages, Blueprint provides comprehensive coverage while maintaining competitive pricing. From artisan to trade contractors, a claim in any one of these areas of coverage can significantly affect the financial health of a contractor.
“This combination of coverage is not only relevant but also critical to servicing our clients,” said Kasey Armstrong, vice president of AmWINS Brokerage of Washington. “It ensures we are providing the best value without sacrificing the high level of protection their businesses expect and need.”
“While competing coverages may offer elements of cyber, we are proud to offer full cyber liability through the Blueprint program,” said Chris Ketcham, Vice President of Great American’s Executive Liability Division. “With deep expertise within specific niches of the insurance industry – the Environmental and Executive Liability divisions of Great American Insurance Group worked together to provide the exceptional range of coverage provided by the program.”
“The response from agents has been overwhelmingly positive,” said David Lewison, senior vice president and national professional lines practice leader for AmWINS. “With multiple inquiries and formal submissions, there have already been bind orders placed. We’re pleased to partner with Great American to offer this new product.”
“We are focused on delivering what agents need, and are consistently working together to make sure that happens,” said Davenport. “Blueprint is laying the groundwork for further coordination and program offerings. We are committed to providing cutting-edge coverage to brokers, agents and their clients as both the insurance industry and technology continue to evolve.”
The launch of Blueprint is the result of a strong relationship built between AmWINS and Great American Insurance Group, which pairs AmWINS’ experience and expertise in construction with Great American’s strong carrier history and financial strength.
