Claim Trainee Development Program
Our Claim Trainee Development Program takes an organization wide approach to developing the foundational skills required of a successful claim professional. Claims Trainees learn to perform the required analysis, investigation and claim handling functions, enabling them to make appropriate recommendations involving claim strategy, management and resolution. The Claim Trainee Development Program includes a combination of activities aimed at providing the individual a full understanding of the claim department, as well as how it functions within the organization.
