We insure businesses nationwide. Coverage options vary depending on state location. Our workers’ compensation coverage is not available in monopolistic states such as North Dakota, Ohio, Wyoming, and Washington. However, it is available in all remaining states and Washington, DC. Our BOP coverage is available in several states and Washington, DC and will soon be available in New York and Alaska.
