How to write a specialty program

To be eligible for a Specialty Program, an agent has to have proven subject matter expertise and a seasoned book of business with consistent profitability. In addition, you must be able to provide five years of loss data on the book's performance.

We offer a General Liability focus with a multiline approach. Within our acceptable industry sectors, we are typically interested in writing all lines - General Liability, Property (CPP or BOP), Auto, Workers' Compensation, Inland Marine, Cyber Risk and Umbrella. Industry sectors we serve include:

We aren't looking for "wheels" programs or tough property programs, such as CAT or habitational. Although we will consider many artisan/specialty contracting classes, we aren't looking to write general contractors or the building trades.
