2021 IRMI Agribusiness Conference

The Great American Environmental team is continuously seeking ways to broaden their scope of knowledge while staying up to date on industry trends. We recently had the opportunity to attend the virtual IRMI Agribusiness Conference from May 17th through the 19th.

This annual conference featured informational sessions from numerous industry professionals focused on best practices for farm insurance programs and current trends impacting agribusiness exposures.

Session topics covered included farm economic and policy outlook, interpretations of coverage throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, farm umbrella coverage form and limits, case studies from contentious agricultural liability lawsuits, and the importance of developing proper building values for a correct insurance to value.
