Contractors ProProtect is suitable for non-environmental contractors with annual revenues less than or equal to $25,000,000.

Contractors ProProtect is Great American Environmental’s program providing environmental and specialized coverage for contractors in numerous classes of business and contracting specialties. This program provides coverage for the Insured for bodily injury, property damage, legal expenses and clean-up costs resulting from pollution conditions associated with Contracting Services as well as Professional Liability coverage for non-environmental contractors. Coverage can also be provided for exposures associated with the Insured’s non-owned disposal sites (NODS) and transportation.

Contractors ProProtect Coverage Features

• Policy term: 1 year
• Limits: up to $5M
• SIR: $5,000-$25,000
• Minimum premium: $5,000 for CPL/PL, $4,500 for CPL only

Submission Requirements

• Classes of contracting services performed.
• Breakdown of project delivery methods and professional services.
• Type of projects (industrial, apartments, hospital, single-family, etc.).
• Annual revenue for current year and projected annual revenue for upcoming year.
• Loss history for five (5) years preceding the proposed effective date.
• For insureds in business for less than three (3) years, the underwriter must obtain a resume or satisfactory narrative showing that the key personnel have relevant experience prior to joining the insured.
