Roy Reynolds
Divisional President
Roy has been underwriting transactional risk since 2001, much of which was spent managing M&A insurance groups, making him one of the most experienced M&A underwriters in the U.S. market. Prior to joining the insurance industry, he practiced M&A and tax law at major firms. Roy earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University.
Garry Gordon
Divisional Senior Vice President
Garry has been underwriting transactional risk products since 2006. Prior to that, he practiced law for nearly a decade with major law firms in the New York City area, specializing in M&A and transactional regulatory compliance. Garry is a member of the bar in New York and New Jersey. He earned a Magna Cum Laude Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Columbia University.
